Servicing equipment has never been easier with Glen Martin's
Fold-Over tower. Fold-Over structures allow various pieces of
equipment mounted on the tower to be serviced simply by turning
a winch and lowering the tower, rather than having to reach them
with an expensive bucket truck. The Fold-Over assembly permits
the installed tower to hinge at the 10' level. A hand operated
winch lowers the upper section(s) of the tower to ground level
for easy access to any components mounted on the top of the tower.
This "Solution to Support!" has been in wide use by
state meteorology departments, airport monitoring stations, pollution
controls departments, and transit and security surveillance divisions.
Why? This system allows low cost maintenance on equipment such
as security cameras, lights, atmospherics and other expensive
equipment. All that is needed to service this system is a single
worker!
